I really like this early work of master Toriyama.
It is sad that no English version of Dr. Slump can't be found (At least I can't)
Dr. Slump is currently being fansubbed, it's on episode 187 out of 243.
There's some tiny parts of Dr. Slump dubbed in English, but if you want to enjoy the show/movies you'll have to watch in original Japanese + Eng subs.
