If you are a noise or grain lover or don’t mind it, you have already several releases (if not yet, probably soon).
But, if you are like me, and noise/grain hurt you as much as rubbing sand in your eyes, this release may interest you.
Well… That’s what i usualy said, but i must said that i’ve been surprised by the quality of the video,
and the very low level of noise/grain on something “so old”, so, not so much sand finaly.

All process were done directly from the japanese Blu-Ray.

Video is denoised.
English Subtitles are from the Judas release, french from Blu-Ray.

Audio tracks: Japanese, Français/French
Subtitles tracks: English, Français/French (for japanese audio), Français/French (for french audio)

• "Grain and noise are not the same thing".
  Yes, absolutely true, this is why i put the two words.

• "Old animes shouldn't look like current digital production".
  Yes, i totaly agree, and this is not the purpose here. Old animes should look what they are: a painted background with a cell on it.
  I've a friend who is a cell collector, so i've seen directly with my own eyes what a painted background with a cell on it looks like.
  And it doesn't look like an old degraded grainy film... So, this is what i try to achieve with these releases, restore what the painted background with the cell on it originaly looked like.
  After, again, a matter of taste. If you like the grain added by the film for whatever reason, you'll not find your happiness here.
