The English subs go out of sync as the movie progresses (sourced from a copy with a different frame rate?)

Missing a forced English subs track. There are places where Hei is in cat form and just meows but actually has lines in the spirit language (examples 23:48 & 24:10). Previous sub releases had these lines but the included out of sync subs don't have them lines either.
