Story

The night of the summer solstice, Correct Century 2345. Loran Cehack, who descended to North Ameria two years prior as part of the "Earth Return Plan" initiated by the Moonrace (the people of the MOON), has grown accustomed to life on EARTH and is participating in a local coming-of-age ceremony. However, during the event, a group equipped with massive mobile weapons—unimaginable for the EARTH civilization of this era—descends upon North Ameria. It is the Dianna Counter, the military force of the MOON, arriving with the goal of settling on EARTH.

They enter a state of combat with the Inglessa Militia, the military of the Inglessa territory in North Ameria. In the ensuing chaos, the "White Doll," a monument in Vicinity, is destroyed. However, from within it emerges a white mechanical doll: the Turn A Gundam. Loran, who happens to be at the scene, instinctively boards the Turn A Gundam and forces the Dianna Counter to retreat. From then on, he stands on the side of EARTH as the Pilot of the Turn A Gundam, striving to bring about reconciliation between the MOON, which is pushing for a forceful settlement, and EARTH, which refuses to accept their arrival.
