New encodes that primarily source the somewhat better-looking USBDs. That's the main thing that's changed here. Episodes have been gone over once more just to ensure nothing was broken, and a few minor tweaks to the script were done here and there as a result, but on the whole, this release is all about just improved video quality. ...Even though this mini-encode probably isn't even getting much out of that. File names are still v2'd even though MicroHatSubs was not a thing when we last released these, just for version number parity with the full-size encodes.
