Description
While trying and failing to find R2j DVD ISOs or remux of Narutaru (or any place that has all 7 volumes for sale for that matter), I noticed that the video of this R2j DVD WMV raw was way better than the R1 DVD which itself is better than the hard subbed TV-rip fansubs release. I took it on myself to repack it with the R1DVD 192KB AC3 2.0 audio for Japanese and English with the vobsubs for Jap/Eng, and add in OCR'd vobsubs in SRT I found on opensubtitles for those that hate yellow subs to make this release. I left in the original 160KB MP3 R2j audio for all episodes as well as the R1 Japanese commentary with vobsubs translations for episodes 11, 12, and 13.

2008 called, they want their encodes back.
Whoever encoded this was a genius. He managed to encode vfr using 120fps using that ancient codec. Nowadays any idiot encodes just setting cfr losing frames or making the video unwatchable.
