Arc 1: Hunter Exam
Arc 2: Heavens Arena

ITBD encode with modified Coalgirls subtitles. General cleanup of the dialogue (line breaks/splits/joins/timing). Undimmed or replaced various dimmed scenes. NCs are encoded using the USBD, matrix corrected, as the ITBD did not contain them. The NCOP had bad audio on the USBD, so replaced that with splices from regular eps. USBD English dub spliced together to match ITBD video.
