Additional Context

• 0:00:51.74: Due to the accent, it had double spelling and meaning that will result in one conclusion: katai naa as "it's tough" [硬い] or "difficult" [難い], and katenee as "can't win (from him, Hopeman)" [勝てねぇ], but I prefer the former to emphasize aftermath.
• 0:01:33.95: Thanks to E2, now I know what they've done lol. So I've used "handing out (to the mass) tissues".
• 0:02:21.34: Based on other fansubs, it's more to tell the woman if he ain't giving the handle. I've appropriate the exhaustion.
