Language Options
You can download here two scripts that do the following (Windows/macOS-Linux):
- Keep Japanese: Throws out all audio tracks other than Japanese
- Keep English: Throws out all audio and subtitles tracks other than English
Put all the video files into the Language Options folder and run the corresponding script. The resulting files can be found in the output folder.
Note: MKVToolNix must be installed on your system

In episode 13 at 16:40 there is a rendering issue that crashes Infuse on Apple TV 4K. in mpv or iina it simply fails to render the ass sign graphic when in full screen/upscaled, however it renders fine when the viewer window matches the native video resolution (didn't check to see if it worked for a downscaled size).
Funnily enough, on Infuse for MacOS everything renders fine at full screen or native, and doesn't crash, despite Infuse crashing on tvOS.
Thanks for the feedback, alas there's not much I can personally do about a software issue
