Foxtrot + dub

Initially had the English audio from KaiDubs release, but decided to go with DIY since it was FLAC and wasn't super quiet. Uses the signs from KaiDubs and DIY's releases just with a minor fix to the OP's typesetting on episode 2.

The english dub has new english voiceovers for Burroughs. I decided to add in some subtitles that correspond to his new lines.

Aside from that I just nicened up the chapters so they're not just incrementing numbers.
