Lazy and cope release until someone makes a better one. Rescale, denoise, deblock, deband, regrain
Scene in the OP where the first column of pixels is black was rescaled normally
Scenes with multiple dirty border lines were left untouched
Preview sections at the end sometimes had black borders on all four sides; they were not cropped or rescaled
Scenes with heavy banding were debanded to reduce it without losing much detail, and as a result, some scenes still have banding
