Redid Part2 Ep1

CRF has been changed to 18, and missing font attachments for the GJM subs (I forgot to mux them before) have been added.

Experimenting with the different filter options.

This one (should) have proper tagging.

I can't figure out why the very 1st second of the encode has delayed subtitle appearance (only for that 1s). This one still has the that same problem.

@Sekai-Subs The problem is only with the 1st one second. Rest is in perfect sync. Retiming will mess up the audio sync for the rest of the video unless I do for that specific part in Aegisub which is too muchb work for a mere 1s.
