Ep 16 subtitles are off
11 seconds ahead on first half + an extra 7.7 seconds ahead on second half
Subtitle Workshop can fix - Edit, timing, set delay - minus 11 secs for all, higlight second half & minus 7.7 seconds for selected. Save as subrip ie. srt,

Ep 16 is all sorts of messed up. Not only are the subs off, @Dryvern, thanks for that one. but the audio on the whole episode is off by like -500ms as well. Haven't checked the rest.
