You're technically missing "Piece of cake", the short ova that came with movie 4
The "Movie OVA" you have is titled "Departure".
And as Muxed pointed out, the "Piece of Cake" OVA is unfortunately missing.

Some full dialogue subs are off-sync by like a second or so.
Season 06 dub has massive audio delays
I've tried to catalog the subtitle sync issues with these episodes.
All Season 6 episodes except 114, 121, 127, and 133 have about a 1 second subtitle delay.
In Season 7, episodes 139, 146, and 153 have the opposite issue where the subtitles are 1 second early.
Thankfully in both cases, it seems to be uniformly about 1 second so if you wanted to take the time you could use a tool to fix the subtitles and remux them. Or you could just tweak the delay in the player during playback, which some players support.
