Can you please add Dual-Audio in the mkv title as well for your dual audio releases?
Sonarr goes into download loophole for your dual audio releases because of that.
Sonarr reads the torrent title and applies custom format Dual-Audio but upon import it again reads the mkv file and since it doesn't have Dual-Audio it doesn't apply the custom format. On next rss sync it again re-download the same file.

@hammad97 I use these two formats and never have any download loops despite VARYG's problematic DUAL naming sometimes:
