Three red flags from the get go

This most like a simple remux without cutting double frames, black borders and checking some rainbows.
Maybe it was preview for original domesday ldf files but I couldn't find them.
Anyway this video is the best avaible quality for this title and I couldn't find any reason to re-encode it.
