Saw that only Kingmenu's version was on here, so I decided to grab the one from BakaBT that's been sitting around for a few years now.
This release features watchable video quality and subtitles that aren't MTL'd from Russian.

Video quality isn't great as it's a TV rip, and the subtitles have a lot of awkward literal vocab and condescending translator notes (nobody needs half the screen filled with text explaining what a "bogey" is on a radar), but it's watchable.
