Encoding Details:

Only Season 1 was rescaled via VapourSynth and encoded with SVT-AV1-Psy 1.8.0 and the rest with SVT-AV1-Psy 2.2.0 (--enable-dlf 2 --qp-scale-compress-strength 3). Fushou Akiyama Yukari no Sensha Kouza (Akiyama Yukari's Tank Corner) is encoded with --preset 4 --crf 35 --qm-min 0. We employed our Normal-Boost Multi-pass per-scene encoding system targeting SSIMULACRA2 scores averaging above 85 while minimizing standard deviation (outliers) to ~1-3 for everything except the Tank Corner OVAs. Some early comparisons.

This project is a production with the goal of the smallest video size with moderate subjective compromises to image quality. This is not the hallmark of AV1, but close enough. This release should only contain changes to the video stream and audio tracks. The subtitle and attachment tracks are usually copied from the noted sources.
