The best DVDrip out there (V2 of Exiled-Destiny's release) while is a good way to watch this overall , it was slightly cropped from the top but this release is uncropped

Upscale.. but not entirely. there are many reasons why someone would switch from anamorphic to a 1:1 PAR. aka switching pixels that are not square to be square. Filtering and compatibility is better and that conversion isnt an upscale.
