Patema Inverted

The source is a frac upscale form ~1279.15x719.54, no idea what the kernel is tho (Catrom comes close), so no rescale. There is some slight haloing here and there, but nothing worth dehaloing. Other than that, it suffers from some annoying banding despite all the grain (and some heavy artefacting in some places). I tried to get rid of some of the banding that hides beneath the grain. Probably a wasted effort. But I manually dealt with some of the more heavy banding/artefacting that dared to assault my eyes.
