beeg/smol's encode of Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki OVA with neoDESU's subtitles and English audio.

neoDESU's subtitles were slightly cleaned up, correctly tagged (fixes this issue), and restyled (i.e. dialogue changed to GJM-Main modified).

English audio was sourced from the USBD. Encoded to Opus and synced by me.
