Absolute number or season/episode number. Pick one. It's either Episode 65.5 or S03E17.5, or S00E15 if you go by TheMovieDb.org numbering, or S00E14 (presumably) if you go by TheTVDb.com numbering, though they haven't updated the specials section to include this yet.
But the real question is, who cares?
