You can gain up to 700MB by getting rid of some of the audio tracks you may not need.
I consider this release a v0 because I'm unhappy at some aspects of the encode, in part due to the fact all 4K sources are utterly broken (WEB and BD alike) (Examples: 1 & 2). I expect to revisit the movie in the future.

Language Options
You can download here two scripts that do the following (Windows/macOS-Linux):

Keep Japanese: Throws out all audio tracks other than Japanese
Keep English: Throws out all audio and subtitles tracks other than English

Put all the video files into the Language Options folder and run the corresponding script. The resulting files can be found in the output folder.
