Video taken from the USA Blu-ray, as it's the only non-lowpassed source.
Audio taken from the JPN Blu-ray, as it had more dynamic elements and a better compatibility track (5.1-EX) than USA. GKIDS intro (120 frames) trimmed out of video for seamless sync, as Atmos tracks cannot be manipulated.
English subtitles on the USA Blu-ray/iTunes are a revised version of the ones on HKG Blu-ray/Netflix, with no major changes, and as such the latter are not worth including.
Mandarin subtitles from iTunes instead of HKG disc, as it was a faulty upload (both on HDB and PTP, see eac3to log, reported to the uploader).
