It's a brand new release of the 5 SJG OVA's, captured on a JVC SR-V10U vcr and using Virtualdub.
This release is "almost" untouched (deinterlaced, frame rate converted to 23.976, merged chroma); the true, non-encoded, raws will soon be uploaded.
