Changes from test release:
Fixed readability of song subtitles
Fixed font size differences between song translation and karaoke
Fixed the timing of "kyou" in kanji
Fixed the timing of kodoku/hitori in kanji
Kanji now appears on the right instead of top and is from top to bottom
Fixed 41ms mistiming of ED typeset
Fixed English in the romanji space having the same timing as the English in the kanji space. This is a mistake as "step by step" and "it's my way" should be timed as they would be in English for romanji but differently for the kanji as a Japanese speaker would read it differently
Added chapter metadata (not applicable to the mini release)
Fixed wrong subtitle color of op/ed song TS
Fixed jarring typeset of opening song name
Fixed misalignment of group name on opening screen

QOL improvements (not viewer facing):
Cleaned up subtitle tags
Sorted subtitles by start time to make it easier for other groups to use
