Will SoM folks at least release it as a dvd encode or even CC, though available master is cancerous to begin with? DBNL is goodamn awful encode.

The OVA wasn't released in any HD format and is barely even watchable in SD due to it being stuck in a tape master like the GT SP. Kineko just can't conjure a film scan out of thin air that doesn't exist
It'll be with our movies but it won't be cc'ed, might have some filtering tho
