I checked out ep 1 and it's pretty badly out of sync, why didn't you use the Netflix video source as well ? I'm pretty sure they already synced it.
Also there are no chapter markers either, but also no better option at the same or smaller size. I'm surprised nobody else picked it up, I wonder if they are waiting for the BD version.
