Note(s):

• Truncuated Discotek's subtitles to cut the previews, since my video source excluded them, and delayed the subtitles for certain episodes to correct the sync.
• Resampled Commie's subtitles to 1080p, further modified them to correct some names and terminology that Deetruck left out, and lifted timing from KOTEX to sync up the last three episodes.
• Fixed a few minor errors in Crunchyroll's subtitles, but otherwise left them untouched.
