Well-somebody had to do it as there was no english translation. Maybe someone can take the subs and improve them-or not. Oye!

What I don't understand about on this lovely site is when a major release doesn't have english subs everybody bitches about that and when someone tries to do a stopgap by making english subs from those of other languages everybody bitches about that too. People who're fluent in japanese never seem to volunteer to do it because they'll be hounded relentlessly for minor grammatical mistakes or whatever assholes want to accuse them of. Seems like you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. What a bunch of hypocrisy.

I think it is OK to pressure uploaders not to make releases that are much worse than what the official version will eventually be.

The stuff about "IF" obviously has no relevance to this torrent, since this movie will be officially translated. Yeah, if there is a question of if something will ever be officially translated at all, we should be nicer to uploaders for their efforts, even if they're not that great. And in fact, we are: uploaders on nyaa who subtitle obscure anime are held to different standards than uploaders who upload new, popular anime, if you just look at the comments of releases.

IF does have relevance when say someone decides they don't want to wait for that. Are you saying if someone does make subs for their own use and then uploads them it's a bad thing? Then I have to disagree with you on that simply because there are others who want to watch it right away and not wait for months. Do you know the term "public service"? It applies here and this IS a pirate site you know.

It won't get taken down, shitty ass MTL so allowed on this site for some reason (but japanese versions of western series are not for some reason). Maybe the reason is the staff on this site are retarded...

What happened to patience? This series is no masterpiece but if you've waited the six to nine months for the bluray to get uploaded, wait a bit longer for subs that have correct grammar at least.
