This is it, the OG. The one that started it all. After what seems like decades, there is finally a BD for the first Precure series. And it's.... OK. Not great, but considering the age, it's fine.
This was before Precure really found its footing, so this series is a bit different then current ones. For one, it's FAR more physical. Black and White don't have any ranged attacks except their finisher, so all the battles are done in close quarters. And it's Dragonball levels of punching and kicking. Parents complained about it, as well as about Black's rather revealing outfit for the time.

Subtitles are from YA, who got them from Miyuki no Tamari and Arienai.

The real reason I'm uploading this is because I want to use the opportunity to ask the community something: does ANYONE have the subs for Max Heart? I want to release that as well, but the only subs available are hardsubs. Help!

Actually, somebody did manage to OCR the scripts with a better OCR program, but there are no DVD raws out there that look better than these DVD-rips. Precure DVDs are notoriously not-so-goo, and IIRC all the raws had significant issues with aliasing or other problems that made the comparison with Arienai a wash. So unless someone wants to get the DVD .isos and make newer, better encodes, this release is as good as it gets for Max Heart.

@ sandoe41: Correct, but we never found out who this mysterious person who OCRed the subs is, or if he/she actually uploaded them somewhere.
Point is... I don't have them.

Since it's one of these series that ended up being very well milked it got too many continuations/spin-offs to the point you're too scared to look what came after you left xD

I don't know what you mean, but there are no bad Precure series. At worst, they're OK. I watched them all. Don't regret it.

@DmonHiro, i like your torrents, as a keen guy, i would like to ask your help.
I lost 2 TB anime due to a hardware failure. I try to regain it, but i couldn't remember all of the titles. Some i have already, but it's just a fraction. I remember just a few scenes. A young noble guy who are keen on magic, to gathering valuable monster materials, going to the forest and made a a rampage. His father, the leader of knights thought this is a monster stampede. The guy after when he killed all the S class monsters, leave a huge crater in the forest and forgot his special embroidered handkerchief on the scene .
If you or any fellow user recognize this anime, please tell me the title. Thank you.

First off, sorry for you loss. I've been there myself. This is why I saved some money and bought redundant HDDs. Now everything I have has a backup. As for the show you're describing, it's most likely Tensei Kizoku no Isekai Boukenroku: Jichou o Shiranai Kamigami no Shito, from last season.

@ zrdb: Irrelevant, Black comes with White. It's a package deal, so any hypothetical erection for either of them is meant for both. Also, learn some damn English already. It's "TOO lazy to mux".

@DmonHiro, now i fully remember, why this show has a deep mark. The word, "KANTEI" translated as "judgement", instead of "appraisal" Stupid mistranslation, but all subs merged into mkv, it's too much hassle to extract, edit, remux or save as external sub. Anyway, you were a huge help .
Oh, there called th teachers or masters as"maestra" how stupid.....

I have Arienai subs of max heart, but it's mp4, so also hard sub. :/

I seem to remember having soft subs when it was screened (when released in JP) at the local anime club. T_T I think I used to have soft subs, then lost them in a hard drive crash at some point and the current mp4 version is all I could find when recovering.

Max Heart has no soft subs to work with.
Splash Star has no bluray release for now.

You can bet I want to get both out.

@DmonHiro Didn't the Splash Star legendary box release this august? August 30th? And yeah, the Max Heart situation is complicated. I looked for soft subs long ago but there's no use, if there was ever soft subs avaiable on the internet they're lost now. Only solution is to do a fansub from 0. (which is a lot of work)

Let me rephrase: Splash Star has no available bluray to download.
And yes, making soft-subs for Max Heart is a pain in the ass, but what can you do? Man's gotta do what he's gotta do.

I remember when this first came out. And for magical girl show it hit hard. IMHO the first is THE best and Black and White RULE! MY daughter thought so at time I showed her this!
