Video: 1920x1080 10-bit x265 HEVC, crf21, filtered to reduce blurry lines, increase overall perceived sharpness, denoise, and add a bit of dynamic grain which helps to hide the noise a bit more. The source is really blurry, so there's only so much I could do. Some lines are aliased if you pixel-peep in a static frame, but it's not that noticeable when the video is playing.
