Information:

Video filters:
Both S1 and S2 have been rescaled, degrained and debanded.
While S2 also had a little bit of grain inserted afterwards.
The football special has been deinterlaced & decimated, degrained, deringed, debanded and also a little bit of grain inserted. (bigger because of textures)
The 2010 OADs are both vfr NTSC and have been treated as such (TFM, decimate). Additionally they have also been degrained, dehaloed and debanded.

I wasn't able to get rid of all the banding in s1, but it's significantly better than the source.

Sound:
The eng-audio of the first season is so bad that I once even thought about leaving it out entirely...
Season 2 is fine, but had to be cut multiple times per episode. (maybe consider that if you're taking parts of this release)

Subtitles:
I got the subtitles from @DiabloTripleA who retimed and muxed in Dialogue and Signs from multiple different sources. THANK YOU!!!
Since they used a different Blu-Ray, I basically had to retime it all again.
Timing is at least one other part of fansubbing, in which I don't have much experience yet, so please share feedback if you find it necessary!
The second OAD got a few more, previously missing, dialogue lines added in by @DiabloTripleA.

Chapters are from the BDMV.
Stereo jpn audio encoded with 256kbit/s.

I highly suggest you to use mpv for playback.

Summary:

• retimed and styled subtitles
• cut and edited eng-audio losslessly
• encoded the jpn-audio tracks from PCM to OPUS (opusenc)
• encoded and filtered video tracks to HEVC (x265, crf 19.5 (OADs crf 16))
• naming scheme hopefully matches AniDB.net

Notes:

• Resolution of s1 may vary by a few pixels throughout the series. (cropping of black pixels)
• OADs and the Special are single-audio.
