Thank you. Do you have Puchimas! Wakku Waku!! - 00 episode? It did get subbed, but the res is only 512 x 288.

Yup I got it but as you say, it's really crappy, but, if Anidb is to be trusted there should be a dvdrip somewhere.
besides that the translation was hardcoded and the two sites were i found it on had the audio really manipulated and a even lower bitrate than nicovideo. I was originally going to softsubs it but that would take me a while to stylize it as well as Chibiki.
