@drgn - There's nothing wrong with PotPlayer. I use it with Madshi's Video Renderer(MadVR) and LAV Audio/Video decoders, the player works just fine. Although, I do tend to use MPV more these days simply because the upscale quality is comparable to my MadVR settings and it just works. MPC-BE was my secondary media player but MPV easily took it's place after I tried it back in 2021.

@SceneDeity - Grab the one that's not meant for developers and debugging, the one that's titled "mpv-x86_64-20230811-git-dfbdf75.7z. I personally use the shinchiro build, the build that this one is based on, so I have no clue what's different about it.

@DoktorWeiss pot player darkening the scenes more than as it should be, as you see on imgur links. Thats way i dont recommended potplayer. As for mpv; i was tried normal mpv which you mentioned but mpvnet has right click feature and this gives you more controlling. Actually mpvnet based on mpv but controlling much easier.

@drgn - Yeah, I saw the screens, and that's why I was saying that shouldn't be happening. I'm assuming you already tinkered with the settings a bit to try and get the color, brightness or gamma as it should be? MPV and PotPlayer produces the same image color-wise for me, and this is with or without MadVR being used. As for MPV, I'll have to give that build a try because I've always wanted a right-click sub-menu for this player.
