@zrdb lmao. Most of the time Japanese dubs are better, but sometimes English dubbed things can compete. Once you learn the language you realize it honestly still sounds cringey, whether it's in Japanese or in English. There are English options that just crush JP dubs but the only examples I'm gonna say are Bayonetta 1+2, 9S' performance in Nier, and most definitely Devil May Cry 5. Oh wait, those are all videogames though.

@zrdb Japanese voice actors and actresses are better than English ones 99% of the time. I'll only watch a dub if a sub is not available.

While I will always watch a show dubbed (if it was dubbed) if I have to watch it subbed only, I will. I know a lot of dubs that are way better than the japanese originals such as El Hazard, Black Lagoon, Cowboy Bebop, Fate Zero, Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works,The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya and Baccano just to name a few. And the japanese va's are no better and no worse than the english ones are-it's common misconception that japanese are better. If you watch a spanish movie and don't speak spanish how do you know the va's are better than a dubbed version? You don't.
