ITBD encode with modified Coalgirls subtitles. Lazily retimed most of the dialogue, retimed/restyled the OP, and retimed the ED. Episode 13 is CR subtitles retimed and modified to match the rest.

This will be a slow project. Looking for timers to help with quickly fixing up timing as it doesn't look like CG did anything.

Note: Episode 013 is a recap.

Let's say that first upload didn't happen, all the subs ended up having messed up timing in the muxed versions.
