Release notes: Blu-ray ITA edition of Sword Art Online Hoshinaki Yoru no Aria is of good quality, So I decided to redo the old encoding JPN BD. https://slow.pics/c/OVBwmxCO The video itself is an 878 upscale using the Lanczos kernel. like the Japanese edition. Proper anti-aliasing and ringing removal from Line Art has been done. Several scenes were also fixed, containing artifacts from incorrect motion interpolation.
For the rest of the material, everything is already pretty standard: slight de-noise with de-band and detail preservation mask to prevent destruction on dark scenes. That was encoded in HEVC 10-bit with safe compression settings to produce transparent quality video.
