Much better subs than my old 720p release, both the french and english tracks. Total filesize is barely much higher than said 720p release if you exclude the 5.1 tracks but the visual improvements are clear as you can see in these comparisons here. You may notice that the grain strength in the 720p release is all over the place, hiding lots of blurring especially on backgrounds. I know some people might prefer that look, but the grain in the 1080p release is closer to the source.
Thanks to the people involved in this release, including the sources.
