There is an alternate honorifics track in this release. Set your media player to play "enm" language tracks by default to automatically play honorifics tracks.
Finally, HIDIVE released a song translation for the OP! But it sucks. We will have the OP subtitled next week with a different translation.

“Oshi no Sushi” I know this was in the original subs but I’m positive that this sign says “Oshina”

Yeah. It does. But I didn't feel confident enough to second-guess it, since if it's a play on the show's title somehow, "Oshi no Sushi" would still be a good translation.
