it's very worth noting that the original title has no "delusion" in it, as is always the case with localised cringeries
this is a lesson on why you should never use translated, moreso, localised titles

"Infernal paradise" is even worse if you consider the possible alluded implication given by the forced trans MC.

大魔境 clearly refers to the post-apocalyptic "hellhole" that is the setting of this story, it has no relation to the (two) MCs, anything more is reading way too much into it and absolutely nothing to do with "delusion", which was simply an out of the field English title localization "choice" as @zetsu_shoren mentioned
