Even though I can't read the site (Google translate only did the summaries and I couldn't click on anything in the translated pages so had to lookup each page I clicked on separately) I fumbled around it and think I found the error, looks like the "wild police story" isn't an actual numbered episode, so that 1077 is false and this is the real one. However, imo, the "v2" tag is still incorrect because it's not a v2 of the same episode, but an entirely different episode being miss-numbered (not the right word but can't think of the right one right now, miss-labeled maybe?!?) to try to get back on track. V(o)V

side question: how the heck do you quote on here? I've seen others do it but I don't see a quote button like in actual forums.

Just rename the old one as SP1 or something. CR has since removed the old 1077 epiosde because it was labeled as one of the Remastered episodes R133 WPS5. CR doesn't stream the remastered episodes so it was taken down. Wild Police Story used to be part of the series and used absolute numbering like Detective Conan but TMS/ytv changed that for some reason.

Since the start of Wild Police Story anime adaptation, the episodes has always been included as official episode, which means Wild Police Story episodes are included in the official episode numbering, both Japanese and International version. In the case of the last episode of Wild Police Story, while it was supposed to be Episode 1077, the official website did not include it as official episode. Instead, it was included as Remaster episode with their own numbering system (R133). The number was not shown in official website, but through Crunchyroll simulcast, which was taken down after several days. Despite not included in the official numbering, the international numbering still continues as usual (episode 1134). As March 25, 2023, there is no confirmation whether this is a mistake by the staff or an intentional thing.
