The base subtitles? Crunchyroll. Edited and with some Kodansha sprinkled in. As for the video, I'm pretty sure it's a merge with Crunchyroll and Amazon, but you'll have to ask sam for more specifics.

Just curious why the file size is so huge compared to most other releases.

If anyone wants to just mux these subtitles into remakes or generally torrents with less filesize (usually hevc releases)
the subtitle delay is 15015ms or 360 frames on aegisub (chapter too)
