Why did you re-encode a 64 kbps aac audio source into 192 kbps ac3 thereby tripling the filesize while reducing the quality only to put it onto a mini-encode which was already marked red but then also not mark this red?

If you're going to say the audio re-encode was for syncing purposes... there are ways of editing & syncing audio without re-encoding it and even if there wasn't, tripling the bitrate and changing the codec certainly never would be an ideal solution to anything.
