In regards to my 720p encodes, I don’t do “mini” encodes. Butteraugli quantization retains as much detail as possible within reason. Testing new settings on this one, if you see compression artifacts in my 720p av1 encode not present in the source, let me know and I'll do a v2.
v2: tweaked settings to give an improvement to lines and detail in dark scenes.
