I had forgotten to move the 4 last episodes of the second season to the final folder, but it is fixed now. Sorry about that!
Before even starting, don't let the weird resolution scare you, give it a try.
Note that for the first season (only the first, the second season didn't had it) there is an English audio track available, which is 5.1 Surround. It is included in the "Extras" folder of Season 01.
About the OVA, there had two files available, a DVD sourced one and a WEB sourced one. I'm not sure what the difference between them is (I confess I haven't watched both of them to compare), but the one present here is the WEB one. Said WEB sourced file had two audio tracks, one being a very disgusting AAC that was really terrible, and a FLAC one which seems to be sourced from the DVD. I don't think the DVD had a lossless track for the audio, it felt very AC3'ish to me, but it is a whole 3 universes better than the AAC one, so I used it.
Still related to DVDs, the Tokuten DVDs files had a field mentioning being 16:9 ratio, so I kept it that way. They were also bundled with the season 01 on the source I used, so instead of separating them into their own folder, they are included as season 01 extras.
I wasn't able to find all the audio CDs related to this anime, but the ones included on the sources, the first season opening and the second season ending are included. Check the "Extras" folder of both seasons.
As I've said on my previous release, this one is an experimental release. A lot of suggestions and testing went on for this one, it is quite a bit different than my other releases.
I'm still not entirely sure about it. I like how the difference is not as big as one would expect, but there is still some difference and it seems to vary from content to content. Been testing this ever since before releasing Mitsudomoe, and I've seen some sources suffering more than others when doing this process. A good thing is, this makes the encoding process of the final frames easier, thus faster, and so I can use stronger and heavier encoding parameters that would be usually out of my reach. Another good thing is that since the final framesize is smaller, I can raise the quality target quite a lot without exploding the file size.
What you guys think, is this process worth doing or should I stop and go back to the usual? As I've said before, the difference is not nearly as drastic as one would expect, but there is some difference there, and it varies from source to source as well. The plan would be to do this only to 1080pYUV420 content, as tests have shown that doing this to lower resolutions do affect them very negatively. Looking forward to hear some feedback on it, and remember that you can find me on IRC now.
I have a juicy one planned for next, it is not a recommendation but a choice of mine, just something I do like. I will probably wait a day or two to see how this encode will be received, so I can decide if I'll do the same treatment to the next one or not, but yep it will be some good stuff.
As usual, my releases are meant to be watched using mpv, preferably on a PC. It probably works on other players as well, but that is beyond me.

This time I'm not satisfied, the difference with 1080p source and this 540p is quite huge on my high-DPI 4K monitor.
Probably it is less noticeable on standard FullHD monitors or smartphone displays.
Also, fun fact, I see more details in the DVD OVA than the downscaled episodes.
120 MB per episode is also too much for 540p.
Anyway, the source is probably somewhere between 720p and 900p visually, upscaled to 1080p.
I'm not suggesting to retry with 720p, but go straight with 1080p and keep 150-200 MB size per file.
In this anime there are uncensored naked lolis, deserve more quality! ^w^

I still have the sources I used for this, so I can remake it.
I tried keeping the file sizes around the usual, but raising the quality target a lot in the process. I like how much better it is on this regard, on sharp details and scenes with movement, but as much as I find it interesting, I wasn't really comfortable with doing it since I'm not really a fan of tricks like this. But I would never know if I didn't tried so here it is.
I've been testing the next one, tuned the encoder parameters better and raised the quality target even more, but now I will revert back to 1080p for it then.
Awesome seeing this series get some love and more av1 adoption. You made an unusual choice downscaling luma. I don't expect you lowered file size considerably for what you lost and YUV444P12LE probably causes a lot of compatibility issues for very little noticeable improvement considering how many people even have 12-bit displays. Native resolution for the tv series is 720p it looks like, but I don't think most people have video players configured well for sub-720p content these days.

In theory an ideal encoding would be 720p yuv444p10 and if you're a masochist the raw BDs are also available. I think sticking to 1080p 4:2:0 10-bit would be reasonable.
This was more of a test following some suggestions I got, things vary from series to series as well, with some suffering more than others, though I only tested a very small sample. But now I'll be going back to following the source as usual, the next one I'm already working on will maintain the 1080p.
On this one I went on raising the quality until I thought the file size was quite big for a 540p video, instead of trying to keep them as small as possible (as I've already said before, I do aim to reduce file sizes taking advantage of the AV1 codec but I don't aim to have the smallest file of them all, I am biased towards quality and won't go past a certain line), and I think the result was pretty interesting, but yeah the losses are too high, I will probably remake this keeping the 1080p in the future as well.
About compatibility, that was never really a concern, I always mentioned that my releases are meant to be watched using mpv and preferably a PC, and AV1 decoding is pretty good these days, even my ancient Android phone doesn't even get warm playing my releases and test files.
I would absolutely love to encode things from the raw BDs, that is my ultimate goal, but I have far too many storage space issues... As much as I want to, I can't just download BD images for everything I want to encode, unless I do it one at a time and get rid of it as soon as I finish, which I don't like doing, so I need to use other sources.
Scaling from 1080p to 720p would be bad, especially 720P YUV420 as most do, because that would change the resolution of the chroma layer.
720P YUV420 would have lower resolution chroma than this at 540P.
Ohys provides an encode labeled 720P BluRay Disc, but others provide 1080.
