[RZ] The Legend of Luo Xiao Hei (2011) - Season 01 - [HDTV-720p.x265.AAC]

After watching the prequel movie The Legend of Hei (2019), I learned about this original series. I searched everywhere for a high quality release with English subtitles for over a year, but never found one... so I put together my own from the sources that I could find.

That release displays a 720p image in the centre of a 1080p frame with black bars, with hard-coded Chinese subs in the bottom black bar. I cropped the resolution to 1280x720, resulting in a full 16:9 frame with no black bars and no hard-coded subs. I used Wondershare Uniconverter to do this using x265 on a Mac. No changes were made to the audio.

These were the best English subtitles I could find, but the video was low-res. So I extracted the subs to *.srt files using Shutter Encoder and then merged them with the above video files using MKVToolNix. The [vs] release only contains episodes 1-28 (season 1), so I still don't have subs for season 2 (29-40). If I find subs I will release those episodes as well.

Please note: I am no encoding expert, in fact this is my first time. I'm open to any constructive criticism if you think I messed it up. I'm happy enough with the results, so I thought I'd share them here in case anyone else might enjoy them as well. Cheers.
