I personally never really agreed with that, you just needed a prior understanding of Cyberpunk to watch with the NF subs
Anyway, why bother when you can just avoid it altogether :)

Watched with subtitles and I can say the diffchecker you linked were not the subs I watched using your release

@NanDesuKa The issue is the japanese audio is clearly not matched up with the english script written with the Cyberpunk world slang.

MPV DV v2 (some upgrade key combinations)
maby we make v3 when found how turn off sdr mode and add it for F3 key xD

MPV DV mode v2, MPV DV mode v2 mirror 1, MPV DV mode v2 mirror 2

  1. unrar, then open mpv.exe and drop video file to player.
  2. win + space (choose English, (if Ur system has 1 language and it is English, You can skip this step))
  3. and then F1 (when you press a key combination, the mouse cursor should be in "player window", if everything is successful, the player will reopen and you will see the familiar red netflix logo
    the player switches to the DV mode, and u see "Dolby Vision on" on screen.
  4. press F2 for turn DV mode off, and u see "Dolby Vision off" on screen.
  5. u can press "i" for see video info
  6. u can press "i+4" and then arrows up/down for all key combinations we add. (cut/copy video for coub etc)

  2. win + space (выбрать английский язык, (если в системе один язык и он английский - то пропускаем этот шаг))
  3. жмём F1 (при нажатии комбинаций клавиш, курсор мышки должен быть в пределах рабочего окна плеера), если все прошло хорошо, то плеер перезапустится и вы увидите привычный красный лого netflix. это означает что:
    Плеер переключился в DV mode, вы увидите надпись "Dolby Vision on" в плеере.
  4. жмём F2 после просмотра чтобы переключить плеер в обычный режим, вы увидите надпись "Dolby Vision off" в плеере.
  5. для првоерки режима вывода видео нажмите "i"
  6. для просмотра остальных комбинаций клавиш (например для нарезки из видео кусочков для coub) нажмите "i+4" + стрелочки вверх и вних

Why the audio is weird with headphone in all netflix releases ? The sound was weird with Bubble too... The sound quality is not super optimal compared to Crunchyroll.

And since I am the person who advised moscowgolem mpv player with its config for viewing DV, I saw comments that some people have problems with playing the HDR layer and the DV layer, I will immediately say that on some old equipment mpv may not translate the light into sdr, there may also be problems with the DV player mode, also from old hardware or old drivers.
I also removed some parameters that may interfere with the opening or playback on a certain device.
There may also be problems with hardware acceleration of your equipment, I took this into account and made 4 profiles for viewing DV and HDR content.
