There's something funny going on with this torrent - I've had it loaded for 10 days and so far not even the metadata has arrived. Just tried some different clients/IP ranges to test and still nothing: the trackers are lying about the seeds on this one. What we do have is a bunch of other clients all also stuck at 0%.

Any chance of a real seed please and thankyou?

Odd. I can confirm I'm still seeding it. I just tested downloading with my home connection (it's seeded from a dedicated box) and it worked fine.

Tried a VPN maybe?

Thanks for your reply - I just nuked the torrent from my client and re-added it: bizarrely what looks like a completely different torrent loaded. The torrent display name and peer lists both changed and it downloaded immediately. So I can't explain that but thanks anyway, got it now.
