But, if you are like me, and noise/grain hurt you as much as rubbing sand in your eyes, this release may interest you.

All process were done directly from the japanese Blu-Ray.

    Yes, absolutely true, this is why i put the two words.

  • "Old animes shouldn't look like current digital production".
    Yes, i totaly agree, and this is not the purpose here. Old animes should look what they are: a painted background with a cell on it. I've a friend who is a cell collector, so i've seen directly with my own eyes what a painted background with a cell on it looks like. And it doesn't look like an old degraded grainy film... So, this is what i try to achieve with these releases, restore what the painted background with the cell on it originaly looked like. After, again, a matter of taste. If you like the grain added by the film for whatever reason, you'll not find your happiness here.

@SasukeUC - Did he actually say that he was working on a release for Ranma, or are you just being optimistic? lol

@DorktorWeiss He doesn't say anything about Ranma as far as I know... I'm being optimistic (just notice the emoji 😁)! Already Kimagure, he say he will do a distant future!

Talking about projects, I wonder why JPSDR didn't take on Roujin Z. Definitely a film that would benefit of his work.

A big classic, indeed, it's not i don't like it, it's just that i don't like it enough to work on it.
Same thing with Oneamise.
They are both great movies, but i'm not realy motivated for them, even if i perfectly agree with the fact that both are... don't know how to translate... a lot better piece of art than my 3 last releases... ^_^
